Ms. Ewing has an in-depth knowledge of the law and procedures required to complete residential, commercial, industrial and public construction projects. She has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction contracts, subcontracts and contract amendments, including change orders, deductive change orders and partial termination of contract agreements, with principals, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
In addition, she has negotiated and drafted agreements regarding the funding of construction contracts, including intergovernmental agreements and agreements between governmental entities, corporate entities and Indian tribes.
